14-day open purchase policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day open purchase policy from the date you received your order.

Return conditions

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of the receipt date

How to make a return

• Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return
• Wait for our instructions and return address
• Send the product back well-packaged
• A refund will be issued within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved the return

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened pet products)
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products damaged due to incorrect use

Damaged or defective products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via our contact page with your order number and a photo of the product. We prioritize these cases and will resolve them as quickly as possible.

Return cost

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
